Perched atop the highest peak in the Willamette Valley, our estate sits in the heart of the enchanting Chehalem Mountains, overlooking the Wapato Lake Wildlife Refuge where you're likely to spot bald eagles and red-tailed hawks.

$50 | 90 minutes
Enjoy a guided tasting of six wines, including a welcome pour of our sparkling wine. Choose between our modern indoor space or our scenic patio when weather permits. Optional premium charcuterie plate available ($50) and caviar + chips ($95).

One estate tasting fee waived with $175 purchase or Founders Club sign-up.

Sparkling Flight
$60* | 90 minutes

Journey through tradition and innovation with CHO Wines’ Sparkling Flight featuring CHO Wines’ award-winning traditional method sparkling wines as well as undisgorged brut style, "Method Dave" pét-nats.

One sparkling flight tasting fee waived for non-members with $200 purchase or Founders Club sign-up.

Please Note:

• Cancellations must be made more than 72 hours in advance. All bookings within 72 hours are final and non-refundable.
• We ask that more than half your party participate in a tasting to ensure the best experience for all. Non-alcoholic options are available for designated drivers.
• Let us know in advance if your group includes children, non-tasting guests, pets, or if there are any dietary or mobility accommodations needed. Tock will prompt you with these questions during booking.

Lounge on the Lawn Rental
$2,000 | 120 minutes
Ideal for parties from 12-30 guests. Enjoy a guided tasting of six wines at a walk-up tasting bar, including a welcome pour of sparkling wine. Deposit due upon booking, remainder due 14 days prior to the event. Optional Grazing Board and Caviar & chips.

 

Additional Info:

• We are family-friendly, ADA accessible, and welcome dogs on leash by reservation on the patio when weather permits.
