CHO WINES  · WILLAMETTE VALLEY  ·   OREGON

Grow with us, vine by vine.

The Founders Club is more than a wine club. It's a community rooted in the soil of the highest peak in the Willamette Valley - where every member adopts a living vine and walks alongside us as our estate comes of age.

Three tiers, named for the elements of life and of our name:

Carbon · Hydrogen · Oxygen.

COME AS YOU ARE

A seat at the table is the whole point.

There's a reason a visit to CHO feels different from the rest of wine country. The music is K-pop. The kids run between the rows. The dogs are family. And the welcome is the kind you'd get at a table that's been set for years - you're invited to a party in the Chos' backyard - because that's what Dave and Lois built as Oregon's first Korean-American winery: a place with room for everyone.

Your own vine, on our Founders Block.

When you join, you don't adopt the idea of a vine - you adopt a real one. Every member is assigned a specific vine by row and number, recorded on your personal member card. Want to name it? There's a space on the card for exactly that. It's yours to christen.

You're always welcome to come visit your vine during CHO Wines' open hours. It lives on the Founders Block, on the highest peak in the Willamette Valley, and visiting it is one of the quiet pleasures of membership. For members farther afield, we send a photo of your vine once a year, so you can watch it grow each year.

2026 is the Founders Block's very first producing year. Join now and you adopt your vine right as it begins to bear fruit - you'll be there for its first vintage.

    • A specific vine, identified by row and vine number
    • A member card you can name and keep
    • Visit your vine anytime you're on the estate
    • An annual photo for out-of-state members
    • We do the farming and pruning — your vine is cared for year-round

Carbon · Hydrogen · Oxygen

The make of all living things. The food and drink at the table, and the people you share it with - we are all make of the same elements.

MEMBER GATHERINGS

Every party is one you've never been to before

Our club parties are never the same twice. We bring in guest chefs from Portland's best kitchens, take over the city alongside fellow winemakers, and throw open our cellar for the season's biggest celebration. It's the network Dave and Lois have built across Portland's food and wine world - and members get first, or only, access.
