First Fridays at CHO Wines, 1 & 3PM

Once a month, CHO opens our doors to our winemaker friends. On these Fridays, anyone with general tastings reserved or via walk-in will get to try the guest winemaker's wines from 1-5PM in addition to the CHO line-up with no added cost. We ask you take this opportunity to learn about the incredible winemaking collaboration the Willamette Valley is known for. Both wineries will extend our club benefits to each others' members. SUMMER KICKOFF PÉT-NAT PARTY at CHO Wines with SAMMICH PDX

Kick-off summer and celebrate our tasting room's second birthday at CHO Wines with our FIRST EVER Pet-Nat Party!

Pétillant-naturel, aka Pét-nat for short, is a type of sparkling wine made through an ancestral method of winemaking: bottling wine that is partially fermented, typically without disgorgement. We do our Pét-Nats a little differently - using the Dave Method.

Pét-nats can be enjoyed young and are meant to drink hazy! For the first time we have FOUR Pét-Nats in our menu offerings: member favorites Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, along with our first Willamette Chardonnay Pét-Nat and Sauvignon Blanc Pét-Nat. You won't want to miss this fun line-up.

During Memorial Day Weekend, Chef Melissa McMillan, aka Chef Mel @lesbianmeatmaker from SAMMICH will be popping up for the perfect Chicago-style deli pairings.

FOOD PREORDERING RECOMMENDED and will take priority over on-site orders.

Ease into Sunday the CHO way, with bubbles in hand and the coastal range stretching out before you. Join us for an intimate Caviar & Sparkling Sunday on our Lounge on the Lawn, where Dave and Lois will be pouring a curated lineup of CHO sparkling wines alongside perfectly paired caviar bites.

This relaxed, elevated experience is designed for just 30 guests, offering a moment to slow down, indulge, and take in the view. Expect bright, mineral-driven bubbles, thoughtful pairings.
