Host Your Event at CHO Wines
We’re delighted to welcome you and your guests to CHO Wines for a unique and memorable experience. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering, a corporate event, or a grand celebration, our stunning vineyard setting provides the perfect backdrop.
Our modern, chic tasting room space offers flexibility, with options ranging from cozy tasting room gatherings to full day rentals for larger celebrations.
All wine tasting event packages include a guided wine tasting of five carefully curated wines, ensuring your guests enjoy the best of CHO Wines. Rental times are from 11AM-1PM, 1PM-3PM, and 3PM-5PM.

Peak Season (May 1 - October 31): Week Day (Monday to Thursday)
Peak Season Package: Tasting Room or Patio Buyout (Groups 13-30)
- Tasting room buyout available for two hours with wine tasting for up to 30 guests on a Monday to Thursday. $3,000 includes gratuity and fees. Any additional guests welcomed at the Peak Season Full Buyout Rate
Peak Season Event Package: Full Buyout (Groups 31-50)
- Tasting room + Patio buyout available for two hours with wine tasting for up to 31-50 guests on a Monday to Thursday. $5,000 includes gratuity and fees. Any additional guests welcomed at $100/person.
Peak Season (May 1 - October 31): Week End (Friday to Sunday)
Peak Season Package: Tasting Room or Patio Buyout (Groups 13-30)
- Tasting room buyout available for two hours with wine tasting for up to 30 guests on a Friday to Sunday. $5,000 includes gratuity and fees. Any additional guests welcomed at the Off Season Full Buyout Rate
Peak Season Event Package: Full Buyout (Groups 31-50)
- Tasting room + Patio buyout available for two hours with wine tasting for up to 31-50 guests on a Friday to Sunday. $7,500 includes gratuity and fees. Any additional guests welcomed at $100/person.
Lounge on the Lawn: Buyout 12-20 guests
- Lounge on the Lawn buyout available for two hours with wine tasting for up to 20 guests on a Friday to Sunday during peak season only (May 1 - October 31).
Off Season (November 1 - April 30)
Off Season Event Package: Tasting Room Buyout (Groups 13-30)
- Tasting room buyout available for two hours with wine tasting for up to 30 guests. $3,000 includes gratuity and fees. Any additional guests welcomed at the Off Season Full Buyout Rate
Off Season Event Package: Tasting Room Buyout (Groups 31-50)
- Tasting room buyout available for two hours with wine tasting for up to 31-50 guests. $5,000 includes gratuity and fees. Any additional guests welcomed at $100/person. Patio availability is depended on weather.

Additional Policies & Requirements
Wine Service:
CHO Wines Only: Only CHO Wines may be served or sold during the event. No outside food, wine or alcohol is permitted unless agreed upon in advance.
Tasting Room Wine Service: Wine must be poured by CHO Wines staff
Capacity & Use
Guest Capacity: Maximum capacity for indoor tasting room space is 45 guests.
Children & Pets: Please inquire about accommodations for children and pet - restrictions may apply.
Use of Space: Rental includes access to designated areas only (e.g. tasting room, tented lawn, patio). Vineyard access is limited and must be approved in advance for photo or ceremony use.
Vendors & Setup
Approved vendors: Outside vendors (catering, rentals, etc.) must be approved by CHO Wines.
Decor & Setup: No nails, staples, or adhesives on walls or structures. All decor must be pre-approved.
Music & Sound: No amplified music. Spotify playlist may be arranged ahead of time.
Insurance & Liability
Liability: CHO Wines is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Guests and vendors assume all risk.
Booking & Payment:
Reservation Fee: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your date.
Final Payment: Remaining balance due 14 days prior to the event.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposit is non-refundable if canceled <14 days.
Tasting fees will not be waived for any purchase amounts or club sign ups. Additional guests beyond agreed upon rate will be welcomed at $100/guest.
Additionals (Optional):
- Custom Charcuterie board - $750 (serves up to 30 guests)
- Additional Wine Service - Client may select between:
- Open bar tab with preselected glass pours from Estate or Sparkling Menu
- Bar Service with Prepurchased wine (Club member discount applies)
- Catering Food Service via approved vendors
- Sparkling Wine Toast - $125 per bottle (choices Blanc de Noirs or Brut Rosé).
