FULL DAY RENTAL includes:

• Use of tasting room and patio (weather permitting) for a maximum of 6 hours
• Access 2 hours prior for set-up and 2 hours post-event for breakdown (8AM-10PM)
• Use of venue microphone and speaker
• Staffing for wine service
• Requires CHO Wines as sole wine service provider (minimum $2,500 wine purchase)

Additional Policies & Requirements

Wine Service:

CHO Wines Only: Only CHO Wines may be served or sold during the event. Outside wine or alcohol is not permitted unless agreed upon in advance. 

Wine Minimum: $2,500 at retail price. Club Discounts apply and minimum will apply to retail price total.

Tasting Room Wine Service: Wine must be poured by CHO Wines staff or a licensed bartender approved by CHO Wines.

Capacity & Use
Guest Capacity: maximum capacity for seated events is 80. Adjustments can be made if shuttle or parking arrangements are made in advance.

Children & Pets: Please inquire about accommodations for children and pet - restrictions may apply.

Use of Space: Rental includes access to designated areas only (e.g. tasting room, tented lawn, patio). Vineyard access is limited and must be approved in advance for photo or ceremony use.

Vendors & Setup

Approved vendors: Outside vendors (catering, rentals, etc.) must be approved by CHO Wines.

Event Planner: We require hiring a professional coordinator for events over 30 guests

Decor & Setup: No nails, staples, or adhesives on walls or structures. All decor must be removed after the event.

Music & Sound: Amplified music allowed until 10PM. All sound must comply with local ordinances.

Insurance & Liability

Event Insurance: A certificate of insurance naming CHO Wines as additionally insured is required for private rentals.

Damage Deposit: A refundable security deposit $500-$1,000 may be required depending on the event scope.

Liability: CHO Wines is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Guests and vendors assume all risk.

Booking & Payment:

Reservation Fee: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your date.

Final Payment: Remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds within 30 days of the event.

Additionals (Optional):

• Wine Tasting Experience - $2,500: Tasting flight of six wines for up to 40 guests including a welcome sparkling wine, beer, non-alcoholic options, and gratuity.
• Additional Wine Service - Client may select between:
  • Open bar tab with preselected glass pours from Estate or Sparkling Menu
  • Bar Service with Prepurchased wine (Club member discount applies)
• Catering Food Service via approved vendors
• Sparkling Wine Toast - $125 per bottle (choices Blanc de Noirs or Brut Rosé).
