2022 Rocks Syrah

Made with 100% syrah from Hallowed Stones Vineyard in the coveted Rocks District of Milton-Freewater AVA. One of the most distinctive AVAs in the US with savory, umami-like characteristics derived from the cobbled stone soils and specialized farming practices. Employing a vertical shoot positioned (VSP) trellis system with a low cordon and a buried can system, Hallowed Stones vineyard is designed for resilience, allowing vines to quickly rebound from severe cold.
