2019 CHO Brut Rosé begins with Pinot Noir grapes from Laurel Vineyard. Grown on the highest elevation, newly designated AVA in the Willamette Valley defined by Laurelwood soil of wind-blown loess and basalt formed by glaciers grinding rocks during the last ice age. “Deliciously flavorful” with touches of raspberry, cream and vanilla. Tiny beads and refined mousse reflecting nearly 36 months on lees. Only 1 g/L dosage. Traditional method sparkling wine.
