Industry Pizza Party

It's been a year since we opened our doors at CHO Wines' tasting room up on the hill! We welcome wine industry guests celebrate as Lois & Dave sling pizzas on the patio and we pour our newest releases like our Chillable Red, Pinot Noir Pet-Nat (Dave method), Sauvignon Blanc and more. Bring a bottle to share if you'd like!

Friends with Benefits
First Fridays at CHO Wines, 1 & 3PM

Once a month, CHO opens our doors to our winemaker friends. On these Fridays, anyone with general tastings reserved or via walk-in will get to try the guest winemaker's wines from 1-5PM in addition to the CHO line-up with no added cost. We ask you take this opportunity to learn about the incredible winemaking collaboration the Willamette Valley is known for. Both wineries will extend our club benefits to each others' members. Mother’s Day Bougie Bagel Brunch
Sunday, May 12 at CHO Wines

Treat Mom to a laid-back morning with estate wines and indulgent bagels. Join us for our Estate Tasting Flight ($50) and add on one—or a few—of our bougie bagels featuring flavors like smoked salmon, caprese prosciutto, and chili crunch + caviar.

Each bagel is $15 when pre-ordered with your tasting. Brunch-y vibes, gorgeous views, and wine? Mom’s gonna love it.

AAPI Food & Wine Fest
Saturday & Sunday, May 17 & 18, 2025 at Stoller, 11-5PM

What do the Chos' cultural heritage have to do with their winemaking? The culmination of our childhood and lifelong food experiences have shaped our palates. Come to wine country and pair Asian American Pacific Islander made wines with AAPI made food from talented chefs in Portland. VIP Tickets and General Admission tickets will go live on March 15.

OMSI After Dark: Brunch Club | May 28, 2025 from 6-10PM.

It’s all about the tastes and science of brunch! Featuring a Brunch Package which includes 6 cocktail tasting tickets and a pass to the brunch buffet. Our vendors, speakers, and activities will all revolve around the brunch experience and any science that may go with it!

OMSI After Dark is for guests 21 and over, where you can have a drink while you roam the museum. We have science demos, performances, DJs, artisan food and beverage vendors offering samples, and more.

Test Tasting in the Oaks
Saturday & Sundays, starting May 31

Before the tasting room was built, the Chos hosted over 1,500 guests under a tent in the oaks—without running water or electricity. That summer in 2023 was a testament to resilience, creativity, and the CHO spirit.

This season, we return to where it all began. Join us for VIP Tastings in the Tent, featuring our reserve wines paired with Grandma Cho’s house banchan and artisan-cured meats. Caviar experience available by pre-order.

Filipino Brunch & Buns

Join us at CHO Wines for a deliciously bold and flavor-packed Sunday featuring Baon Kainan and HeyDay PDX.

We're bringing the brunch heat with Filipino soul food from Baon and pillowy, buttery buns from HeyDay—all set against the backdrop of our vineyard views and curated wine flights.

Expect unexpected pairings, vibrant dishes, and a brunch that’s anything but basic.
