Before the Chos established at Cho Vineyards, they popped up everywhere they could. They were especially grateful for the friends they made along the way, as well appreciated the generosity of others for sharing their space.

Our fourth annual AAPI Food & Wine Fest brings together Asian American chefs, winemakers, and creatives - all set in the heart of Oregon wine country.

Guests will enjoy a curated tasting experience of ten unique bites, eight 2-oz wine tastings, and two thoughtfully crafted non-alcoholic mocktail tastings from an all AAPI lineup of chefs and winemakers from Oregon.

VIP Access includes everything included in General Admission, plus exclusive dishes by our featured VIP chefs of acclaimed Xiao Ye & Gado Gado. Enjoy a more personal connection with our chefs and winemakers, alongside a sparkling wine celebration with CHO Wines.

Join us for the first ever Underground After Party @ Mac Market on May 2, 6-9PM

At Mac Market (1140 NE Alpine Ave, McMinnville) - a celebration of how far we’ve come!

  • Free entry, high-energy party. Music by DJ Zander Fang.
  • Mac Market businesses Alea Bakery, Honey Pie Pizza, Day by Day Bar will be featuring AAPI-inspired specials and collaborations on their menus, plus there will be a sake tasting at Wellspent Market.
  • Over in the Airstream area at 7pm, a panel of speakers will discuss Asian history in Yamhill County - did you know a Chinese restaurant dating back to the early 1900s was discovered below Third Street?? 
  • After the panel, Oregon K-Pop Dance performances will get you moving at 8pm.

  • Additional tastings beyond this benefit will be offered at your member discount rate.
  • We ask that you please do not share this code, as non-members utilizing this code will be unenrolled from any events misusing the code.

What to expect when visiting the vineyard:

  • Tasting room hours: OPEN from 11AM-4PM on Thur-Mon. Last seating 4PM.
  • Tasting windows start at 11AM, 1PM, and 3PM.
  • Reservation windows start at 11AM, 1PM, and 3PM.
  • Reservations required for complimentary tastings.
  • Bottling sharing is a member only benefit: All glass pours and bottles enjoyed are discounted for members. We regret we do not take reservations for bottle sharing.
  • Families are welcome! A changing table is available in the restroom.
  • Dogs on leash are welcome on the patio only for reserved guests during the summer months (weather permitting). No pets allowed with walk-in guests. Please let us know ahead of time if you'll be bringing your dog to help with seating planning.
  • We do not allow outside food and beverage, unless they're for kiddos!
  • No same day reservations. If our phone lines are busy, we are likely at capacity.

Starting Spring 2026, we're offering an annual warehouse sale exclusively for our Founders Club members with additional discounts and access to rare wines from previous bottlings.

 

Member News & Updates

  • CHO Wines established in 2020 with 700 cases produced for our first release. This past 2025 vintage, the Chos harvested 110 tons of grapes from across Oregon for a record breaking 7,000 case production. We are so grateful for our community who made this vintage possible - from our members who brought us home baked meals and goodies, to those who jumped in to sort grapes on the sorting line. We couldn't do it without you!

  • Our Founders Block was planted in 2022, and will be producing their very first vintage in 2026. Follow them along through the growing season as they bud around early April and as we carry them along the finish line to Cho Vineyards' very first Pinot Noir harvest in the fall of 2026.

We appreciate all referrals as CHO Wines is a family-owned small business. We are woman-led and Korean-American owned and operated. Any club referrals get a $25 credit.

 

Events with CHO

Our members get priority and special pricing for event buyouts, venue rentals and off-site catering. Starting 2026, we will be renting out our Lounge on the Lawn for party sizes of 12-30 guests for birthday parties and celebrations. Inquire via info@getchowines.com
