+CHO Tasting Room Policy 

 

GENERAL INFO

Estate Tasting Flights are $40 and Reserve Tasting Flights are $75 per person. Each flight includes taster portions (approximately 1.5 - 2 oz) of 6 wines, including our welcome bubbly.

Cancellations must be made more than 72 hours in advance. All sales after this time are final and non-refundable.

We request more than half your party partakes in the tasting experience to make the most of your visit. Non-alcoholic beverage options are available for designated drivers.

Please let us know of any mobility restrictions, dietary restrictions, pets, non-tasting guests and/or children ahead of time. Tock will prompt you with pre-visit questions.

 

Bottle Consumption Onsite

Bottles consumption onsite is only available to Founders Club members and industry only for the duration of their reservation. As we are a busy tasting room, this allows us to respect the time limit on the table as well as account for service from our staff. 

 

Children

We are a family friendly winery. A changing table is available in the restroom. Please indicate on the Tock Pre-Visit questions how many children will be joining so we can prepare seating.

 

Glass Pours

We do not take reservations for glass pours. Walk-in guests can be accommodated for glass pours as space allows. Tasting reservations are limited to one glass pour per guest. We request glass pours follow our 90 minute time limit unless otherwise arranged.

 

GROUP POLICY

Group Reservations 5-7

For groups 5+, we will accept reservations via email, text or phone and require 20% gratuity.

 

Groups Reservations 8-12

For groups larger than 8+, we will accept reservations via email, text or phone and require 20% gratuity as well as a minimum ONE case purchase for the group.
Tasting fees will not be waived for any purchase amounts or club sign ups.

 

Groups Reservations 8-12 for Founders Club Members

For reservations made by Founders Club Members for groups larger than 8+, we will accept reservations via email, text or phone and require 20% gratuity. No minimum purchase requirements.
Tasting fees will not be waived for any purchase amounts or club sign ups.

 

Group Reservations 13+ is considered a Special Event and requires a tasting room or patio buyout

This is considered a special event and must be booked through Events Manager, Director of Hospitality or Owner.  Email info@getchowines.com Tasting fees will not be waived for any purchase amounts or club sign ups.

 

Inclement Weather

In the case of rain, excessive wind or heat, our patio will be closed and our team will be in touch with you to best accommodate your group.

 

Late Reservations

We will hold your table for the entire duration of your prepaid 90 minute tasting interval.

 

Non-Alcoholic Drinks

Non-alcoholic drinks are available for consumption on site for $5. This allows for designated drivers or pregnant guests to enjoy their time onsite. One non-alcoholic drink is complimentary for any non-tasters that are accompanying members. 

 

Outside Food

Outside food is not allowed onsite. We offer deluxe charcuterie plates for $40 which can comfortably feed 2-3 guests. An exception is made for young children.

 

Pets

Friendly pets on leash are welcome on the patio by reservation only. Please indicate on the Tock Pre-Visit questions that you will be bringing a pet so we can reserve an outside table for you. No pets allowed in the tasting room.

 

Same Day Reservations

No same day reservations. We do not accept reservations over the phone on the same day. We highly recommend booking reservations via Tock or email guestrelations@getchowines.coms for groups 5+.

 

Smoking

No smoking or vaping allowed anywhere on the Cho Vineyards property.

 

Waived Tasting Fee

One estate tasting fee will be waived upon club sign up or $150 purchase. The $40 value will discounted from guest's first purchase. Reserve tastings will be reimbursed the value of an estate tasting fee ($40) upon club sign up or $150 purchase. Waived tasting fees do not apply to group reservations of 8+ guests.

 

Walk-In Guests

Reservations are recommended but walk-in guests will be accommodated as space allows. We can only guarantee seating to guests who reserve.
