Alc: 12.5%

Technical Data:

Blend of handpicked 90% Pinot Gris, 8% Pinot Noir and 2% Chardonnay. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from our sparkling press for Blanc de Noirs and Blanc de Blanc for added freshness and acidity.

Winemaking: Co-fermented low and slow in temperature controlled stainless steel vessels. Lightly carbonated with 4.5 volumes of CO2 at bottling.
