Concidre Apple Grape Coferment

Concidre Apple Grape Coferment | $28

Concidre meaning “reconcile” in French or con/cidre (with cider) was created with the desire to upcycle & reconcile Oregon’s bounty with a creative twist. This carbonated apple grape wine is crafted by cofermenting the remaining juice, skins, stems and seeds from a sparkling press (lightly pressed premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes) with the freshly pressed juice of seven locally grown heritage cider apples.
